Oh…No!! I am not in Japan. This is an epitome of Nippon culture and trends are moved to here – Macao!
The historic center of Macau has inscribed as a World Heritage Site since July 2005, Macao Tourist Office proceeded lots of interchange cultural activities with other countries. E.g. Japan, Singapore ..etc. Now, it’s a take turn chance that Japan Consulate General and Japan National Tourists Organization gave supports to Macao Govt. In the Macao Tower is brining the unique aura of Japan to here “Japan Amusement Expo.”, it invested 5 million dollar for combine the following attraction of Japan:

Osaka Castle, Miyajima Otorii, ancient Japnese Odedo village, Kaminarimon Gate, Otaru Canal, Asakusabashi (淺草橋)
Typical delicacies:
Ramen, tempura, sushi, Sukiyaki (Japanese Hot Pot) will be selling in winter season.

Among the whole themes in the Expo, Nissin Museum attracted me the most which unmasked the secrets and the origin of instant noodles.
It isn't a noodle shop. It's a Nissin Museum!
(Work-flow of making a cup-noodle and explained the difference of noodle in various countries in the world. Actually, in order to pander the various countries flavor that made difference tastes and ingredients of the instant cup noodles.) On the other hand, the sponsored Institution will be provided various programs each month. It is definitely an ideal place for families or tourists to go for fun over the following 6 months from now on!

Ice Lantern Festival
Though there is still a long way to make my trip to the Northern cities of PRC to see its snowy white beauty and unique ice-carving arts. Coincidentally, there’s a chance for me to see the Harbin Ice Lantern in Hong Kong. In order to welcome 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, as a city of PRC that brought the world-famous “Harbin Ice Lantern Festival” to Hong Kong.
I went to HK for one day trip with my friends on today. Well, it is very convenience from Macao to Hong Kong, just took 60 minutes by Jet foil.The venue is in a shopping mall at City-plaza of H.K. which is kept freezing cold at -5 C as opposed to melting summer temperatures as high as 33 C. City-plaza became the coolest place in town such as a large fridge has been installed.
When we entered into the room, I heard lots of zowie “wow…wow…hua..!!!”from children, even adults. All visitors were attracted by the 16 assemblages of ice lanterns which ice crystals glowing with the marvelous auroras in the room.
Actually, ancient and primitive ice lanterns were supported by skeletons of thin bamboo strips. Water would be sprayed on the surface of the ice to primarily hold components in place. More layer of water would then be added to thicken the whole piece and put a candle inside, thus form the ice lantern. In nowadays, Harbiners used their sense of aesthetics and supreme craftsmanship, they carved plain ice blocks into a great various of artistic objects. And with the installation of colorful low-heat lighting, these objects will be transformed into works of Art.

Women's Talking Point
Perhaps you would say, topics among women are nothing more than gossip news, discuss about theirs children or spouse, fashion …etc. Yes, those are a part among them. I had a reunion with my close friends recently; we talked about women' s view on the marriage. May be most of us reach to the suitable marriage stage, thus we had different point of view for that. Do you know what we chatted?
Ms. F said: " As a woman, must or have to find a man to marry and produce before 30, that would be a real woman" .
Ms. J replied :" Right, if women don’t marry and give birth after 35 which would be very dangerous in produce at advanced in ages.
Ms. C:" Perhaps you are right, well, if the feeling of affinity hasn’t arrived, how could I just discussed about this?”
Ms. F. "L.O.L. Which generation you are living in? You can meet or find friends through various ways. It is no differentiate for man chases lady or lady chases the man! Don’t you need matchmaking like your predecessorin the fortieth/fiftieth era?”
Ms. C:" What’s bad for matchmaking? Both of them could get along with each other at least, then figure out whether he/she is that Mr. or Ms. right.”
Ms. J:" Hey, during my grand Parents period, they related on written letters for their communication and seldom meet. They cultivated their love feeling until after marriage. “
Ms. C:" Hm. . Hm. . . Hm. . This isn’t being in love! I would rather find one loves you more than you love him which will bring your bliss in all one's life."
Ms. F:" I disagree, you see most people got pregnant before their marriage, you can hit separately when some problems are confronted. What might if your spouse leaves you in the future, you still have your child to accompany you to spend old age.
Ms. C: ‘What? Relying on your next generation to hold you and your spouse together? Is this a true love? Have you think about the future of your child? She/he might be affected by you in living in a single family.”
Ms. J: " Come on, be open mind. It is normal case for most of the people would get divorced when problems are appeared. If everyone has the same thought as you, who will marry with you when you are old.
Ms. C: " Gee!!! As you can see, thousands of independent ladies who don’t marry in this world, they can still alive! "
*Sigh* why they had sort of opinions?!? What on earth is that hard to seek an ideal marriage life?

Ghost Festival

On the 14th night of the July Lunar month, it is the Chinese tradition which is called Ghost Month. Taoism named it as (中元節): pinyin: (Zhōngyuán Jié),Buddhism named it as (盂蘭節): (pinyin: Yúlán Jié).
According to legend, in the Ghost Month, ghosts and spirits come out from the lower world to visit earth. It is the climax of a series of the Ghost Month celebrations. Traditional activities on that day had to prepare ritualistic offering food, burn hell money to please the visiting ghosts and spirits as well as deities and ancestors. Other activities include burying and releasing miniature paper boats and lanterns on water, which signifies "giving directions to the lost ghosts" as well as to prevent them for hurting mortals on earth. Thus, most southern in China have to practise the general mores.
